James Pefker, delegate of the League of Nations Student Council, has been studying the student question in Roumania, especially with regard to the recent anti-Semitic student outbursts in Jassy, which he discussed with the notorious anti-Semitic leader, Professor Cuza. Mr. Pefker was lavish in his praise of the Jewish student houses throughout Roumania.
