A cordial invitation to tour all parts of Roumania, to see conditions and to learn the situation “as it really is,” was extended by Vintila Bratianu, the new Premier, to Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization.
The invitation was extened to the Zionist leader at a lenthy audience granted him by the Premier, during which he expressed his interest in the rebuilding of Palesitne as the Jewish national home and voiced the hope for its speedy realization.
During the conversation the Premier laid emphasis on the necessity of free and equal cooperation between all citizens of Roumania.
