Premier of Tunisia Stresses Amity Between Moslems and Jews

Tahar ben Ammar, Premier of Tunisia, declared last night that Moslems and Jews have the same rights and privileges in Tunisia.

Speaking during a visit to Gabes, in southern Tunisia, the Premier declared: “We do not have here either Moslems or Jews, only Tunisians having the same rights and privileges. Between these two sections amity and confidence will always reign.”
