President Bush called on Middle Eastern leaders to cut funds and other ties to Palestinian terrorists. Speaking to the American Legion national convention Tuesday in St. Louis, Bush said Middle Eastern leaders, friends of the Palestinian people and the Palestinians themselves need to sever ties to terrorist groups if they hope to achieve a Palestinian state.
