President Bush is expected to address the Israeli-Palestinian peace process in a speech Friday. Speaking to reporters Thursday, Bush said he would use a commencement speech at the University of South Carolina to talk about avenues for diplomatic progress, just before Secretary of State Colin Powell leaves for meetings in Israel, the Palestinian territories and Arab states.
