President Bush said he believed some of the parties are “stuck” in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. Speaking to the Middle East Television network Wednesday, Bush said he still believes in the “road map” peace plan for Israeli-Palestinian peace, and “there needs to be a commitment to fight terror.” He also called on Israel “to worry about the plight of the average Palestinian citizen.”
