The American Jewish Congress called on President Kennedy to take the lead in securing long-delayed U. S. ratification of the United Nations Genocide Convention.
The action came in a telegram to the White House in connection with observation this week of the fourteenth anniversary of the adoption of the Convention by the United Nations General Assembly.
