Jean Rosenthal, president of the Executive Committee of the United Jewish Appeal of France, is scheduled to arrive here tomorrow for a week’s visit in which he is to participate is several top-level campaign meetings of the UJA. Rosenthal, who is a prominent leader in the French Jewish community, is scheduled to address meetings in New York City. Cleveland, Boston and Essex County (New Jersey) and will also participate, as a special guest, in the Israel Independence Day Parade on April 25.
