President Juan D. Peron received Berl Locker, co-chairman of the Jewish Agency, in an audience this week-end in the presence of Dr. Jeronimo Remorino, the Argentine Foreign Minister, and Dr. Arieh Kubovi, the Israel Minister.
Mr. Locker compared the social progress of Argentina and Israel and spoke of Israel-Argentine friendship. President Peron, in reply, praised Argentine Jewry and voiced his friendship for Israel.
