President Yitzhak Navon presented Wednesday night the Israeli Soccer Cup to Hapoel Kfar Saba after it defeated Maccabi Ramat Amidar 4-1. Kfar Saba, a town in the middle of the citrus region, celebrated until early Thursday morning.
