Prof. A. A. Michelson has been appointed by Secretary Herbert C. Hoover, as a member of the American Committee of the World Congress of Engineers to be held in Toklo, Japan, in November, 1929.
Other members of the American committee, of which Secretary Hoover is the chairman, are Samuel Insull. Thomas A. Edison, John Hays Hammond. Charies M. Schwab and Orville Wright.
