Dr. Joffe, professor at the Leningrad Academy of Science, is sailing for the United States on December 11.
Professor Joffe will lecture in America on scientific subjects. His tour will extend over six months. It was reported some time ago that Dr. Joffe was invited by the Rockefeller Institute to go to America and lecture on his invention of a process for condensing electrical energy.
