The first public showing of the paintings of Dr. A A. Michelson, world noted Jewish physicist of the University of Chicago, was held Tuesday evening at the Ida Noyes Hall on the Midway campus. The Renaissance club is sponsoring the showing. Thirty pictures were hung. Half of them were water color landscapes and the others portraits and caricatures. All were done by Dr. Michelson in his leisure time.
