Prof. Chaim Perelman, a leading member of the Brussels Jewish community, has been designated by King Badouin a Commander of the Order De La Couronne, one of the highest Belgian awards. A professor of philosophy at Brussels University, he is returning from a visit to the United States and Canada where he taught and lectured at McGill University in Montreal, and the University of Chicago.
