Prof. William Rappard, head of the Geneva Graduate Institute of International Studies, was honored here today for his life-long friendship for the Jews and his interest in the State of Israel, at a ceremony attended by leading Swiss Jews and Dr. M. Kahany, Israel representative to the UN headquarters here. Prof. Rappard was presented with a certificate noting that he had been inscribed in the Jewish National Fund’s Golden Book by the Jewish community of Geneva.
