Professor M. Bogoslavski, one of the greatest bridge-building engineers in Russia, died here today at the age of 71. In the pre-war days he was also prominent, having built the largest bridges in the country, including the span over the Volga River. In recent years he had been a professor in the Institute of Communications at Leningrad.
