Propose Government Take New Palestine Census

A proposal that the government hold a new census was made at a statisticians’ conference convened by the Zionist Executive. It was the opinion of the conference that the 1922 census is now useless. The labor department of the Zionist Executive is now taking a census of the workers in the Jewish colonies and is planning a census of artisans.
