Propose Tax and Military Exemption for Bureya Settlers

Exemption from paying taxes for eight years and postponement of military service for three years for the Jewish settlers in Bureya was proposed by the Council of the Peoples Commissars.

The proposal also included a provision that member of collectives be freed from paying taxes for nine years.
