A defiant protest against Nazi racial tenets recently read from the pulpits of German Protestant Confessional churches was published here tonight by the Evangelical press service. The pastoral letter, aimed against the racist tendencies of the so-called German Christian church protested changes in the text of the Paternoster and in the confirmation ceremony. The protest was said to have been prompted by support given the German Christian movement by superior officers of the Confessional Church.
