Dr. Johannes Stanajek, Secretary of the Association to Combat Anti-Semitism, published an article in various newspapers, in which he stated that the Protocols were counterfeit. Captain Mueller von Hausen, the publisher of the German edition of the Protocols, took exception to this statement and started suit against the writer of the article.
