The Quebec Nationalist Party, which is strongly clerical and anti-Semitic, today threw in its lot with the Social Credit party at the first provincial congress held by the latter at Ste. Hyacinthe, a strongly fascist center here. Two leading nationalists, G.E. Gregoire, former mayor and Quebec member of the legislature, and Paul Bouchard, vitriolic attacker of Jews, committed the party to support of Social Credit.
