Rabbi David B. Alpert, was officially installed in Mount Sinai Temple here, after having come to Texarkana to conduct the holy day services. Rabbi Alpert is a graduate of Boston University liberal arts college and the Jewish Institute of Religion of New York.
He was with Temple Covenant of Peace in Easton, Penn., before coming to Texarkana.
