Jewish refugees from Poland make up 94 percent of the displaced persons streaming into the American military zones in Austria and Germany, it was stated here by Rabbi Philip S. Bernstein, advisor on Jewish Affairs to Gen. Joseph T. McNarney. Rabbi Bernstein is returning to Berlin after spending a week investigating the Jewish situation here.
