Maxwell M. Rabb was elected president of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc., it was announced today. Nathan Strauss II, who served as the organization’s president since its inception in 1953, was elected chairman of the board. Mr. Rabb was the Presidential Assistant and Secretary to the Cabinet from 1953 to 1958.
