Rabbi Adolph H. Fink of Temple Emanuel of Spokane was elected first vice president of the Washington State Conference of Social work at the annual convention held in Seattle.

Rabbi Fink addressed the conference on the subject of “The Church and Social Work in an Economic Crisis.”
