Grand Rabbi Halberstamm left here today by air for Europe and Israel to aid the Central Jewish Board of this city to solve the problem of several thousand Jewish refugees from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bahrein by obtaining assistance for the emigration of these DP’s from India.
