The second annual convention of the Rabbinical Association of the Yeshivah College opens today at the Hotel Pennsylvania. About 70 delegates from various parts of the country are expected. Dr. Bernard Revel, president of the Yeshivah College, will be one of the speakers while Rabbi A. B. Shapiro, the Kovno Rav, and Rabbi Joseph Schneursohn, the Lubawitscher Rebbe, are expected to be present. Rabbi Nachman H. Ebin is president of the Association.
