A “no more war” parade, sponsored by churches and synagogues of Greater New York, will be staged here May 19, it was announced by the National Conference of Jews and Christians. More than 85 ministers and rabbis have declared their intention to head the parade.
Participating in the pacifist demonstration will be delegations representing leading church federations, synagogues, peace organizations, student and ministers groups. The New York branch of the Federation of Temple Sisterhoods has issued a call to its affiliated organizations urging them to participate.
