National and racial hatred is strange to Czechoslovakia and anti-Semitism never succeeded there and never will succeed, declared Prokop Maxa, chairman of the Czechoslovakian State Council, the Czech parliament-in-exile, at a reception tendered by the Jewish Agency today in his honor. He announced that the Council was awaiting the arrival in London of Ernst Frischer, the Jewish member of the body, who is en route from Palestine. Prof. Selig Brodetsky, who presided at the meeting, lauded the late Thomas Masaryk as a friend of the Jews and supporter of the Jewish national movement.
