Red Cross Helps Refugees in Constantinople; Mostly Monarchists

More than 20,000 Russian refugees have left Constantinople since January according to the American Red Cross.

Of that number 1257 Russians have been sent to the United States. Only a negligible fraction of these refugees are Russian Jews, however. A large number are Wrangelists and monarchists.
