Sloan Colt, acting chairman of the Red Cross, today expressed to Henry Monsky, president of B’nai B’rith, “the appreciation of the American Red Cross for the very generous support which your units have given to the War Fund Campaign.” Mr. Monsky reported to the Red Cross that B’nai B’rith had gone over the top in its pledge of $50,000 to the Red Cross War Fund Drive for $65,000,000.
