Halprin, national president of Hadassah, said here today. Mrs. Halprin, who returned Monday from Israel where she attended the recent Zionist Actions Committee session in Jorusalem, made her first public report to nearly 600 national board members and metropolitan chapter leaders at a luncheon given in her honor.
