The Kosener Student Korps, one of the oldest and best known student fraternities in Germany, was ordered dissolved today following its announced refusal to expel its Jewish members.
The fraternity, numbering many German notables and government officials among its members, on Wednesday notified Reich Chancellor Hitler that it will not adhere to the “Aryan” principle, and that its Jewish members will not be asked to leave.
As a result of this act, Nazi Storm Troop headquarters issued an order threatening with expulsion any Storm Trooper who would not resign from the fraternity.
