The Labor Court in Frankfurt-am-Main has ordered a local firm to pay a Jewish commercial traveller 5,000 marks as compensation for having been dismissed on the sole ground that he was Jewish. The court disregarded the defendants plea that the dismissal was made in accordance with the Nuremberg anti-Jewish laws.
