Relatives of 48 settlers buried in the Gaza Strip won the right to decide where the bodies will be reinterred during the upcoming Israeli withdrawal. The High Court of Justice, finding in favor of petitions filed by the bereaved, order the state Thursday to coordinate with them the exhumation and relocation of bodies from Gush Katif cemetery.
