Religious tolerance in Cuba has greatly improved during the past six years, according to a rabbi who led an interfaith delegation to the country. Rabbi Arthur Schneier, president of the New York-based Appeal of Conscience Foundation, organized a three-day mission last week in an effort to strengthen ties between the religious communities of Cuba and the United States.
