Remains of Ancient Theatre Discovered in Israel Dates to Graeco-syrian Era

The remains of an ancient theatre were found during excavations at Tantura, near the Biblical site of Dor, it was revealed today. Part of a wall and large blocks unearthed belong to a semi-circular structure. Some archeologists believe the theatre dates back to the Graeco-Syrian era.
