The official Polish Telegraphic Agency reports that the new Paraguayan Government is anti-Semitic. It states that Colonel Rafael France, the provisional president, has issued a manifesto declaring that while patriots fought on the front, foreigners flooded the country and Jews “sucked the land dry.”
