The most recent issue of the “Responsible Enterprise Association Bulletin,” published in Detroit and distributed in business circles, was described today as containing “a thinly veiled repetition of all the age-old anti-Semitic canards which picture Jews as a hidden conspiracy seeking world domination.”

The description was made by Sol I. Littman, Michigan regional director of the Anti-Defamation League of B’ nai Blrith. Among the items in the publication were an article seeking to link Benjamin Disraeli with “the forces of international finance which have been the inevitable hidden face of government.”

The bulletin editor was identified as Royal D, Rood, described by the ADL as a peddler of the writings of William Carr, a Canadian professional anti-Semite, Charles Helin, a Detroit fishing tackle manufacturer, is the president of the Responsible Enterprise Association.
