Restitution to Jews of land confiscated from them under the pro-Nazi regime and still held by the Slovak Government has been halted, according to a report reaching here today from Bratislava. The report says that anti-Semitic incidents continue to occur daily throughout Slovakia, although Slovak Interior Minister Gen. L. Erjencik is actively pressing his campaign against the racists.

The Association of Racially Persecuted Persons in Bratislava is compiling a memorandum of anti-Jewish crimes to be submitted to the Czechoslovak Government. The anti-fascist partisan organizations of Slovakia have been urged to join the fight against anti-Semitism. The Bratislava police have already detained over 100 persons suspected of having committed various anti-Jewish acts.

Delegates from eight countries in Europe today opened a conference of the Hashomer Hatzair organization in Bratislava. Meir Yaari, world leader of the movement, greeted the conference and reported on the present Zionist political situation.
