Revolution has broken out in Roumania, according to reports received from Bucharest by the Paris press. King Ferdinand and Bratianu, the Prime Minister, are reported to have fled from the capital; and Averescu, one of the Nationalistic leaders, is reported to have assumed the reins of the government.
