Rabbi Israel M. Goldman of Temple Emanu-El here has been elected a member of the executive committee of the Rhode Island Ministerial Association.
This is the first time in the history of the association that a rabbi has been elected to the executive committee. The next meeting of the association will be held at Temple Emanu-El in January. The Rev. Allen E. Claxton, pastor of Trinity Union Methodist Episcopal Church, is the president.
