Honorary citizenship of the City of Rio de Janeiro was conferred today on Rabbi Jacob Fink. Chief Rabbi of the city’s Jewish community; and on Israel Dines, president of the Zionist Organization of Brazil. The ceremony took place in the office of the Mayor.
