Funeral services were held here today for Robert Warshow, managing editor of Commentary magazine, who died here Friday. He was 38.
A former editor of the weekly “New Leader.” Mr. Warshow became editor of Commentary–which is published by the American Jewish Committee–in 1946. His film and literary criticism has appeared in Partisan Review and Perspectives USA in this country, and in publications in London, Paris and West Berlin.
