Romania’s Jewish leaders called on the government to prosecute a nationalist legislator for publishing a book they say contains xenophobic and anti-Semitic slurs. The book’s author, Vlad Hogea, a legislator for the ultranationalist Greater Romania Party, rejected the allegations.
