A community hall named after Mrs. Rose Halprin, acting chairman of the American section of the Jewish Agency, will be built in the Basra village near Kfar Saba.

The cornerstone was laid in the presence of Mrs. Halprin and other Jewish Agency leaders. The hall will be in the center of a park which will bear the name of Raphael Ear Gior, the Jewish Agency emissary who was killed by Algerian rebels last year.
