A Roumanian Jew was given a high position in the Roumanian foreign service with the appointment by Foreign Minister Titelescu of Mr. Rosenthal, a prominent Jewish attorney, to the staff of the foreign office.
Mr. Rosenthal was named chairman of the Judicial Experts Commission.
