Ruben Rubinstein, chairman of the Zionist Central Committee of Lithuanis and former editor of the “Yiddishe Stinme” of Kaunas, leading Jewish daily newspaper in Lithuania before the war, has arrived here from Russia, where he had been living since 1940, when Lithuania became a Soveit republic.
