Israel Rubenstein, brother of Louis Rubenstein, Montreal alderman, died here today at the age of 82. He came here from Poland 80 years ago and was one of the founders of the Baron de Hirsch Institute of which he was treasurer for 20 years. He was also an active member of many charitable and religious organizations as well as being a noted art collector.
