A bomb was exploded under the house of a Jewish merchant in Kracziew, near Posen, today.
Four local non-Jewish merchants were arrested by the police and accused of dynamiting the house.
The merchants were charged with their attack as revenge for the Jewish merchant’s action in building a new shop on his own premises.
The magistrate of Gnesen, near Posen, ruled that appeals for the boycott of Jewish shops do not constitute a breach of the peace. Everyone, the magistrate held, is entitled to warn prospective shoppers against Jewish shops.
